Amy Corrigan
Her story

She has been serving this exact woman for years. She just was not charging for it.

For seven years, Amy taught mat Pilates at the YMCA as a group instructor. Somewhere along the way, the work spilled past the end of class. There were conversations in the parking lot, texts during the week, phone calls about what to eat and how to feel better in a body that felt like it had stopped listening.

She never planned a business. She just kept showing up for people, and they kept feeling better. Core Elements Wellness is simply the name for what Amy has always done naturally, brought into the open so more women can find it.

She believes movement and nutrition are not programs you finish. They are a way of living. That belief sits underneath everything here.

What she brings

Grounded experience, not borrowed authority

7 years teaching

Holistic nutrition

A certificate in holistic nutrition, rooted in longevity rather than restriction. Food as a way of caring for yourself, not a set of rules.

Mat Pilates certified

Certified in mat Pilates, with comprehensive and reformer certification planned ahead. Honest about where she is and where she is going.

Who she is for

Women who have tried all the things

Not beginners. Not athletes. Somewhere in between, busy, and tired of restarting. You have done the diets, the challenges, the memberships. Things work for a bit, then quietly fall apart.

You do not need another person telling you to want it more. You need a framework that fits the life you actually have. When women find Amy, the most common thing they say is that they feel like they can finally start where they are.

How she teaches

Barefoot is not a style choice. It is the whole idea. Present in the body, free of what is loud and crowded and unnecessary.

Calm but direct. Knowledgeable without being clinical. A trusted friend who actually knows what she is talking about. That is the experience Amy is building, one client at a time.
